What we do

Step - I
Interview conducted with HR personnel, Managers and other employees

Step - II
Review of a cross-section of employee personnel records for appropriate documentation and fulfilment of record keeping requirements.

Step - III
Review of HR Policies, HR Information Systems (HRIS), HR related forms, ease of use and consistency with HR best practices.

Step - IV
Review of HR Process to check whether it is aligned to the division and vision of the company

Step - V
Review of records related to statute to check statutory compliance.

Step - VI
Report Preparation: to present the report findings which summarize your current practices, identifies any areas of concern, and provides recommendations for change.

Step – VII
Certification – Certify that the said organisation has all the process in place.
