He has a certification in HR Auditing from Administrative Staff College, Hyderabad. He brings along his expertise in the strategic HR. He is also recepient of several professional awards. He is involved in professional organisation like National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD), Kerala Management Association (KMA), Confederation of Indian Industries (CII).
